Is a deadline running?

If you received a notice from the medical or dental council, a summons or a subpoena, say so in your message and bring the complete document to the consultation. The deadline is checked at the very start of the service.

How the first appointment works

  1. You write by WhatsApp or email, saying whether a deadline is running.
  2. The team confirms the day and time of the consultation and tells you which documents to bring.
  3. At the consultation, Dr. Alessandro analyzes the case and the documents and explains the options.
  4. If you decide to hire the firm, the team organizes the work and defines who follows the case.

What to bring

  1. The notice, summons or subpoena, with the envelope or the proof of receipt.
  2. An identity document and professional card (CRM or CRO).
  3. Contracts related to the case: the clinic’s articles of association, contracts with health plans, service agreements.
  4. A chronology of the facts, written by you, with dates.

Care with patient data

Do not send medical records, exams or patient data by WhatsApp or email. The case material is reviewed at the consultation, in an appropriate setting. The processing of the data you provide follows the privacy policy.

Confidentiality

Communication between attorney and client is protected by professional confidentiality. Discretion is part of the work, especially in proceedings that are confidential before the council.

Languages of service

Service in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Italian. Attorneys on the team serve directly in these languages. Service in Chinese is provided with the support of an interpreter.
